Leider war der Trockensumpftank immernoch nicht geliefert. Daher haben wir uns erstmal mit anderen Dingen besch\u00e4ftigt. So haben wir Freitag abends noch fix die Ansaugtrichter der Einzeldrossel befestigt und auch den Gaszug \u00fcberpr\u00fcft und grob eingestellt. Daf\u00fcr mussten noch ein paar Schrauben angepasst werden. Im Anschluss konnten wir noch den Luftfilter wieder einbauen.<br \/>Auch den \u00d6lk\u00fchler haben wir gef\u00fcllt und die inzwischen ausgesp\u00fclten Leitungen wieder befestigt. Ich pers\u00f6nlich finde das Schwarz doch h\u00fcbscher als das vorherige kupferfarbene Gitter. Der Halter f\u00fcr die Abschleppschlaufe wurde wohl in der Vergangenheit an die Karosse geschwei\u00dft, dabei hatten sich inzwischen aber einige Schwei\u00dfpunkte gel\u00f6st und der Halter nach oben verbogen. Dabei haben wir das Ganze jetzt angebohrt und beides miteinander verschraubt. Dadurch wurde der Halter auch wieder an die richtige Stelle gezogen. Wir hatten zwischenzeitlich noch \u00fcberlegt, zus\u00e4tzliche Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hte\/-punkte neu zu setzen, uns letztendlich aber dagegen entschieden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8928d9c elementor-widget elementor-widget-image-gallery\" data-id=\"8928d9c\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0Zus\u00e4tzlich stand noch das Gro\u00dfprojekt &#8222;Sitz&#8220; an, da ich ja schon gerne entsprechend an die Pedale k\u00e4me. Dabei haben wir den urspr\u00fcnglich direkt festverschraubten Sitz auf Schienen gesetzt. So ist er verstellbar, falls doch mal jemand anderes fahren sollte und ich kann den Sitz zum Aussteigen zur\u00fcck fahren, da das sonst vom Platz eng wird mit dem Helm. Au\u00dferdem komme ich dadurch auch ein St\u00fcck h\u00f6her. Somit habe ich eine Bodenplatte von SPS verwendet und darauf Schienen angebracht. An den Schienen sind dann die urspr\u00fcnglichen L-Winkel des Sitzes befestigt und daran der Sitz.<br \/>Hierbei musste ich direkt von Beginn darauf achten, so weit nach vorne zu kommen wie m\u00f6glich, das hei\u00dft, neue L\u00f6cher direkt optimal zu bohren.<\/p><p>Die L-Winkel an die Schienen zu bekommen war dabei gar nicht so schwer, beim Zusammenbringen mit der Bodenplatte hat Erik unterst\u00fctzt. Die Schrauben zur Befestigung haben n\u00e4mlich den Rollmechanismus der Schienen behindert und mussten zum Teil versenkt werden. So waren wir dann nachmittags fertig und konnten den Sitz einbauen.<br \/>Leider haben wir dabei bemerkt: Der Hebel zur Verstellung ist gar nicht am Sitz, sondern an der Bodenplatte fixiert! Also alles nochmal von vorne &#8211; die Teile wieder auseinander und die L\u00f6cher zur Verschraubung nochmal neu anpassen.<\/p><p>Dabei haben wir zwischenzeitlich fast den Verstand verloren. Ich habe vorher viel mit der &#8222;Fettfinger-zum-Loch-\u00fcbertragen&#8220; Methode gearbeitet. Beim erneuten Bauen haben wir allerdings angefangen zu auszumessen und berechnen. Dabei hat aber so gar nichts mehr Sinn ergeben, da die ganzen Ma\u00dfe inkonsistent waren und nicht zusammenpassten. Es hat einen guten Moment gedauert, bis wir gemerkt haben, dass die beiden Seiten der Bodenplatte nicht symmetrisch gebohrt waren. Das war vorher so einfach nicht aufgefallen.<br \/>Nachdem diese H\u00fcrde beseitigt war, war es bereits sp\u00e4t abends bis wir den Sitz erneut einbauen konnten. Nur um nach dem Einbau zu merken, dass wieder eine Schraube den Roll-Mechanismus der Schienen blockiert. Inzwischen waren wir aber schon recht routiniert beim Ein- und Ausbau des Sitzes, sodass auch dieses letzte Hindernis beseitigt werden class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Im Anschluss habe ich die inzwischen gute getrocknete Front wieder versucht anzubringen, dabei ist aufgefallen: die Halterung der Abschleppschlaufe war wohl schon immer verzogen!?<br \/>Die Aussparung in der Frontsch\u00fcrze passte nach dem Richten der Halterung nicht mehr mit dieser zusammen. So habe ich eben noch einiges an Plastik abschleifen m\u00fcssen, damit die Abschleppschlaufe mit Halterung wieder mit Luft nach vorne aus der Frontsch\u00fcrze heraus kam.<\/p><p>Auch eine kleine Getriebeabdeckung habe ich noch gebaut. Durch die nun recht flache \u00d6lwanne durch den Trockensumpfumbau im Vergleich zu vorher war das Getriebe nicht mehr vollst\u00e4ndig abgedeckt, sodass dort Steine (gerade bei einem potenziellen Kontakt mit dem Kiesbett) h\u00e4tten reinfallen k\u00f6nnen. So habe ich aus Blech eine kleine Abdeckung gefertigt und direkt lackiert, die Chris dann am Getriebe festgeschraubt hat.<\/p><p>Zus\u00e4tzlich haben wir noch einen Felgensatz fertig gemacht f\u00fcr Semislicks in dieser Saison und dabei den alten Satz Slicks abgezogen. Ich war sehr froh, dass Chris und Erik dabei einen Gro\u00dfteil der Arbeit \u00fcbernommen haben. Ich alleine h\u00e4tte die niemals von den Felgen runter bekommen.<\/p><p>Zum Abschluss des Tages wurde dann noch der U<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">nterboden bisschen entrostet, was dieser leider recht n\u00f6tig hatte. Dabei m\u00fcssen die offenen Stellen in der n\u00e4chsten Woche noch versiegelt werden und ich habe leider auch ein Loch durch Rost im Unterboden entdeckt.
